Order cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours; or it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
Although we stand behind everything we distribute, we understand that you might not be happy with the product that was ordered from time to time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us first for a return authorization, and we will guide you through the steps to return the product to us and or directly to the manufacturer.
Please do not send the items back unless we authorize you to do so. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received by the manufacturer or us directly. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you receive a refund. (Pease notes unless shipping is charged separately, shipping is automatically calculated in all the products we sell, that cost will be deducted from your refund.)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gift cards, downloadable software products, health, intimate, sanitary goods, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Full refund if you don’t receive your order if we are not able to process your order
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (4 business days, not including 2 to 5 business days for order processing)
- Full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, which must be unopened and unused).
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Shipping fees are not refundable. (Pease notes unless shipping is charged separately, shipping is automatically calculated in all the products we sell, that cost will be deducted from your refund.)
You can submit refund requests within:
- 2 (Two) business days after the order is delivered.
- 45 business days, not including the 2-5 business days processing since your order was placed if your order was not received
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution and or your bank account regularly, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
